Happy Wednesday y'all! Can you believe today is the last day of February?
It's crazy how fast February flew by.
For today's Workout Wednesday, I want to share with you an oldie but a goodie.
I created this workout back in July of 2015, and decided I wanted to go ahead
and make a video to go along with it.
I know sometimes when you read a workout, the names of exercises don't always make
it easy to understand how to actually perform the exercise. This solves that problem!
Now you have a video demonstration to go along with the workout graphic! Yay!
I also posted a video making a healthier alternative to traditional dips that you find
in the grocery store.

Side note: Tomorrow is March 1 and will mark the 1 year anniversary of the
terrible, terrible day last year that I lost my sweet, precious Rusty. I will be
remembering him and holding on to Roo a little tighter tomorrow.

Roo came into my life on March 10, 2017 all the way from Polk City Florida.
I still miss my sweet Rusty, but I sure do love little Roo. I am so thankful that
Hubby made that long, long drive to get Roo and bring him into my life.
